We are almost there, but one important step is still waiting: signing your settlement release. Without it, your claim cannot move forward. Please check your email for a message titled “Maui Individual Settlement Release” from delivery@eversign.com and sign it right away. If you cannot find it or need help, call us now at 808-501-1683 and we will guide you through it. This step is urgent and makes it possible for your voice to be counted.

The deadline is approaching quickly, and without this signed document, you will not be included in the settlement. The funds that have been set aside are meant for you and your family, but the only way to receive them is by completing this step. If you cannot find the release in your email, contact us immediately so we can resend it to you.
This is the key to unlocking your share of the recovery for what you have endured. Please take action today so we can submit your release and ensure your claim moves forward.
