We are writing to provide you with the latest update regarding your case related to the devastating Maui fires.
Please take a moment to watch this week’s update here:
Judge Cahill has approved the settlement plan, which means the process is officially moving forward. This unlocks the resources needed to start getting compensation into the hands of those who’ve suffered. Toward the end of next week, the court will release a detailed claim form online. It’s going to be long, but don’t let that overwhelm you. I’ll be walking you through every part of it, and my team will be ready to help make sure it’s completed and submitted correctly.
You’ll also need to sign a release document agreeing to accept the settlement. As soon as those materials are published, I’ll explain exactly what they are and what you need to do. If you’re on island, come see us and we’ll go through it together. If you’re off island, my team here in Montana is fully dedicated to helping you one-on-one.
Our job right now is to get everything in place so that you and your family can receive what you’re owed. This is the beginning of real progress. Hold tight. We’re almost there.
I’ll be back with another update next Friday to keep you informed as things continue to develop.
Mahalo,
Andrew Van Arsdale
