I hope this note finds you and your family well. I am very happy to report that Judge Cahill should enter his sua sponte (on his own motion) order next week that will send your case up to the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii. This is the step necessary to finalize the settlement process and put you in a position to receive compensation for the damage caused to Lahaina Town.
After Judge Cahill issues his order, we should know within 30-40 days the timeline from the Supreme Court.
