Today, I bring you good news. The Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii has agreed to take up your case. They have set a schedule requesting an opening brief from our side within 40 days, with the response due within another 40 days. This likely pushes oral argument and a decision to January, but hopefully, it will be the last step in clearing the way for you to access the funds provided under the proposed settlement.
