As we move through October, now is the time to take the next important step in your Maui Fire claim. Please complete your claims questionnaire as soon as possible so we can stay on track and meet all deadlines.
You can do this by calling my office at 808-501-1683 and one of my team members will guide you through each question. Or you can log in directly to your client portal using your personal link here:

If your link has expired, simply enter the email or phone number you provided to regain access and continue.
Once your questionnaire is finished, keep gathering any documents that show your experience: receipts, invoices, rent agreements, property records, and photos. Every piece helps tell your story more clearly.
Please also keep an eye out for any calls, texts, or emails from our office. If we reach out for more details or signatures, a quick reply will help us stay on schedule. Our internal deadline is the end of day Monday, October 27, and meeting it will ensure your claim is ready to submit.
Remember that our office will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 14 and 15. If you were planning to come by, please call ahead to reschedule.
