As the winds carry us through October, I want to take a moment to recognize the care and effort you have already shown. You are in a strong place because you have signed your release, completed your questionnaire, and gathered the documents we asked for. Mahalo for moving with purpose and helping us keep your claim on the right path.
Even though your case is well prepared, please stay alert for any calls, texts, or emails from our office. If we need any final information or signatures, your quick response will make sure everything stays on track.
Our internal deadline is the end of day Monday, October 27, and meeting that goal will help us finalize your submission to the Trust.
Please also remember that our office will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 14 and 15. If you were planning to visit on those days, call us at 808-501-1683 to reschedule so we can take care of you properly.
