As we are quickly moving through October, I want to remind you that the extra month we were given is a blessing meant to help us finish strong. For your claim, the most important step right now is to sign your settlement release. Without this step, we cannot move forward, and your story will not be ready in time.
Please look for an email from delivery@eversign.com with the subject line “Maui Individual Settlement Release.” Open that message and sign today. If you cannot find it or need help, please call my office at 808-501-1683 and we will guide you through it.
Our internal deadline is the end of day Monday, October 27, so all information must be completed before then to be ready for submission to the Trust.
Please also remember that our office will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 14 and 15. If you were planning to come by on those days, call us to reschedule so we can make sure you are taken care of.
This time is precious, and every day counts. Signing your release is what allows us to move your story forward. Once it is complete, we will help you finish your questionnaire and gather the documents that show how the fires have touched your life.
