Right now, the most important thing for your case is completing your claims questionnaire. Until this step is done, we cannot prepare your full submission to the Trust. Please don’t wait. Every day matters as we move toward our internal deadline of October 27 and the official deadline of November 3.
You can complete your questionnaire by calling my office at 808-501-1683 and one of my team members will guide you through each question, or you can log in directly to your client portal using your personal link here:

If your link has expired, just enter the same email or phone number you used before to regain access and continue where you left off.
Once your questionnaire is complete, gather any documents that show how the fires have affected you: receipts, invoices, rent agreements, property records, and photos. These details help us tell your story clearly and completely.
