The next step for your Maui Fires claim is completing your claims questionnaire. Until this is finished, we can’t prepare your full submission for the Trust, so now is the time to get it done. Our internal deadline to receive everything is Monday, October 27, and the official Trust deadline follows on November 3.
You can complete your questionnaire by calling my office at 808-501-1683, where a team member will walk you through each question, or you can log in directly to your client portal using your personal link here:

If your link has expired, simply enter the same email or phone number you used before to regain access and continue where you left off. Once your questionnaire is complete, you’ll be one big step closer to having your claim ready for submission.
I will be on island and doing a town hall on Tuesday, November 4. We will have more information and details in next week's update.
