This update is for all Maui Fire clients who still need to complete their claims questionnaire. We have now passed our internal deadline of October 27, and the official Trust deadline of November 3 is only days away. Time is very short, and we need your questionnaire finished immediately so we can prepare your claim for submission. Without it, your case cannot move forward or be included in the final filings.
You can complete your questionnaire by calling my office at 808-501-1683, where a team member will help walk you through every question, or by logging into your client portal using your personal link here:

If your link has expired, simply re-enter the same email or phone number you used before to regain access and continue right where you left off. Once your questionnaire is done, we can finalize the rest of your documents and get your claim in line for submission before the deadline.
If your questionnaire is complete and your case is submitted, I would like to invite you to join us at the Sheraton Black Rock Hana Ballroom on Kaanapali Parkway for a Town Hall on Tuesday, November 4. We will be meeting from 10 AM-12 PM, 2-4 PM, and 6-8 PM, with light food and beverages provided. (No need to attend all three! Just join the session that best fits your schedule.) AVA Law Group event valet parking is $5. We will go over the next stages and steps in this process and what comes after submissions are finalized.
However if you are unable to make one of the scheduled Town Halls we will also be holding a virtual Town Hall on Thursday, November 6 at 10 AM Maui Time as well. More info including the link will be sent out next week.
