Aloha,
This update is for all Maui Fire clients who have completed their release and questionnaire and are now gathering their supporting documents. You have already done meaningful work for your ohana and community, and we are grateful for your time and dedication. The next step is to send in your documents so we can show the full picture of how the fires have affected your life. We have passed our internal deadline of October 27, and with the official Trust deadline of November 3 only days away, we need your materials now to keep your claim ready for submission.
Please upload or send any documents that help tell your story, such as receipts, invoices, property records, rental or lease agreements, or photos. Each piece helps strengthen your claim and ensures your experience is clearly represented. You can send your documents through your client portal using your personal link here:

If your link has expired, just re-enter the same email or phone number you used before to regain access. You can also call my office at 808-501-1683, and my team will help you get everything submitted right away.
If your documents are received and your case is submitted, I would like to invite you to join us at the Sheraton Black Rock Hana Ballroom on Kaanapali Parkway for a Town Hall on Tuesday, November 4. We will be meeting from 10 AM-12 PM, 2-4 PM, and 6-8 PM, with light food and beverages provided. (No need to attend all three! Just join the session that best fits your schedule.) AVA Law Group event valet parking is $5. We will go over the next stages and steps in this process together as we move toward final resolution.
However if you are unable to make one of the scheduled Town Halls we will also be holding a virtual Town Hall on Thursday, November 6 at 10 AM Maui Time as well. More info including the link will be sent out next week.
You are almost there. Please send in your documents today so we can finish strong and make sure your story is part of this important recovery.
Mahalo,
Andrew Van Arsdale
