You are in a strong place with your Maui Fires claim, having already completed your release, questionnaire, and supporting documents. Mahalo for your time, care, and dedication in getting everything submitted. Because of your hard work, your claim is nearly ready for final submission. As we move past our internal deadline of October 27 and approach the official Trust deadline of November 3, it is still very important to stay alert for any calls, emails, or texts from our office. There may be a small detail or signature we need to confirm before everything is finalized, and your quick response will help us make sure your claim remains complete and on track.
As we move into this final stage, I would like to invite you tojoin us at the Sheraton Black Rock Hana Ballroom on Kaanapali Parkway for a Town Hall on Tuesday, November 4. We will be meeting from 10 AM-12 PM, 2-4 PM, and 6-8 PM, with light food and beverages provided. (No need to attend all three! Just join the session that best fits your schedule.) AVA Law Group event valet parking is $5. During this time, we will go over the next steps in the process and what to expect moving forward. It will be a good opportunity to come together and share the path ahead.
However if you are unable to make one of the scheduled Town Halls we will also be holding a virtual Town Hall on Thursday, November 6 at 10 AM Maui Time as well. More info including the link will be sent out next week.
