This update is for all Maui Fire clients who have already completed onboarding but have not yet signed their release. Our internal deadline of October 27 has now passed, and we are in the final stretch with the official Trust deadline of November 3 just ahead. Time is nearly out, and without your signed release, your claim cannot move forward or be included in the final submission.
Please check your inbox right away for an email from delivery@eversign.com with the subject line “Maui Individual Settlement Release.” Open that message and sign today. If you cannot find it or need any help, please call my office at 808-501-1683. My team will resend the link and walk you through every step to make sure your signature is received in time. We want your story to be part of this process, but we need that signed release now.
If your release is signed and your case is submitted, I would like to invite you to join us at the Sheraton Black Rock Hana Ballroom on Kaanapali Parkway for a Town Hall on Tuesday, November 4. We will be meeting from 10 AM-12 PM, 2-4 PM, and 6-8 PM, with light food and beverages provided. (No need to attend all three! Just join the session that best fits your schedule.) AVA Law Group event valet parking is $5. We will go over the next stages and what to expect as this process moves forward together.
However if you are unable to make one of the scheduled Town Halls we will also be holding a virtual Town Hall on Thursday, November 6 at 10 AM Maui Time as well. More info including the link will be sent out next week.
Please take a moment today to sign your release so we can finalize your claim and make sure your voice is included.
