I hope this note finds you well and thank you to all of you for continuing to be so responsive in helping us to gather the information necessary to present your case to the Trust once it's formed. We continue to move forward towards January where both Judge Cahill and the Hawaii Supreme Court will help shape the timeline for your claim on money damages. If you have any questions, please schedule a time with our office to go over them and make sure you have everything you need in place and ready to go forward.
