Aloha my ohana,

I write to you today as we continue to await the decision from the Supreme Court of the incredible state of Hawaii. I think they will get it right, and hopefully we get their decision soon, as soon as we have it we will send it out and let you know what that means in terms of funding of the settlement.

You have been through so much, and this waiting period may be the hardest part yet. We will keep you apprised and keep pushing hard to get these awful subrogation people off your island and get you the resources you need to rebuild you and your family’s lives.
