Just reaching out again this week to stay close and keep you updated now that we’ve crossed an important point in the journey.

We are pushing hard to secure your share of the proposed 4.037 billion settlement. Two things are needed from you. First, sign your release so funds can move into the trust and you can access them. Second, complete your claims questionnaire so the trustee can see the full picture of your losses and assign value.
If you still need to sign your release, please watch for an email from delivery@eversign.com with the subject line “Please sign this document- Maui Individual Settlement Release.” If you do not see it, call us and we will resend it right away.
If you have not finished your questionnaire, let us help you by phone. It takes about two to three hours. We will walk through it together and make sure it reflects you and your story. When we are done, you can review it before we submit. The trustee will be looking at the ways this fire changed your life. Emotional trauma. Personal and real property loss. Business and wage impacts. The more complete the story, the clearer your claim speaks for you.
Time matters. We are working toward the October 1 deadline to have your signed release and your questionnaire submitted. I do not want anyone left out.
