What we need from you now is two things basically. The first thing is to complete the claims questionnaire with us by phone or in your case file on the above portal link. We will review it with you
The second thing we need is for you to send in supporting documents such as receipts, invoices, photos, rent agreements, and property titles. Include anything that shows the Trustee you lived where the fires happened, you spent money you would not have without the fire, and your life was made worse as a result.
