It was fantastic seeing you all last week. Mahalo for showing up and standing together. Now we need to roll up our sleeves and take the next important steps before the October 1 deadline.
The first step is to complete your claims questionnaire. You can do this with us by phone by calling 808-501-1683 and we will walk you through every question. You can also log in through your client portal using your personal link:

If your link shows as expired, enter the email or phone number you provided us to regain access.
The second step is to gather and send us your supporting documents. These can include receipts, invoices, rent agreements, photos, and property titles. Include anything that shows the Trustee where you lived, the money you had to spend, and how your life was made harder by the fires. The more information you provide, the stronger your claim will be.
Time is moving quickly and it is important that you answer calls from my office or call us directly so we can submit your claim as soon as possible.
