Aloha my ohana,
It was so wonderful seeing you all last week. You have done everything asked of you so far, and because of that, you are already in a better position. Now it is time to roll up our sleeves and finish this last, critical step before the October 1 deadline. Anything you can add to strengthen your case will only help, so if you come across or think of additional records, please reach out. Together, we will keep Hawaii’s voice strong.
Your questionnaire is complete and your release has been signed for your individual claim. The next step is coordinating with my office on any documents that support your claim and help make your case stronger. In some cases, we may need additional releases to move your claim forward. If that applies to you, someone from my office will be reaching out directly to coordinate next steps. Please be on the lookout for calls, texts, or emails from us, or feel free to call 808-501-1683 directly. We may also reach out for additional information, but only to further strengthen your case.
You can also log in through your client portal using your personal link:

If your link shows as expired, enter the email or phone number you provided us to regain access.
The most important thing right now is getting us those supporting materials: receipts, invoices, photos, rent agreements, property titles. Anything that shows the Trustee you lived where the fires happened, that you spent money you would not have otherwise, and that your life was impacted. The more proof we provide, the stronger your claim will be, and the better chance we have of maximizing the compensation you are owed.
Time is moving quickly, so please watch for calls from my office, or call us directly so we can finalize your submission with the Trustee. We are here to guide you through this process and make sure your case is as strong as possible.
Mahalo and aloha,
Andrew Van Arsdale
