Mahalo for the steps you have taken so far to begin this process. The first big action we need from you now is to sign your settlement release so we can officially move your claim forward.
Please look for an email from delivery@eversign.com with the subject line “Maui Individual Settlement Release.” Open it and sign right away. If you cannot find it or need assistance, call my office at 808-501-1683 and we will guide you through it.
Once your release is signed, we can move on to the next steps. These include completing your claims questionnaire and gathering your supporting documents such as receipts, invoices, photos, rent agreements, or property records. These items show the Trustee where you lived, the money you were forced to spend, and how the fires impacted your life. Starting now will give us enough time to build the strongest case possible before the October 1 deadline.
Please make signing this release a priority. The sooner it is done, the sooner we can begin telling your full story to the Trustee and securing the recovery you deserve.
