Once the questionnaire is complete, please begin gathering your supporting documents. These include receipts, invoices, rent agreements, property records, photos, or anything that shows where you lived, the money you were forced to spend, and how your life was made more difficult by the fires. Each piece of proof you send us makes your claim stronger and helps ensure we get you the recovery you deserve.
