Mahalo again for the steps you have taken so far in this process. The most important action we need from you now is to sign your settlement release so we can officially move your claim forward.
Please look for an email from delivery@eversign.com with the subject line “Maui Individual Settlement Release.” Open it and sign today. If you cannot find it or need help, call my office at 808-501-1683 and we will guide you through.
Once your release is signed, we can move to the next part of your claim. That includes completing your questionnaire and gathering your supporting documents like receipts, invoices, photos, rent agreements, or property records. These are what show the Trustee where you lived, what you had to spend, and how the fires touched your life.
We now have less than two weeks before the October 1 deadline. The sooner your release is signed, the sooner we can begin building the strongest case possible on your behalf. Please make this step your focus so we can move forward together.
