Aloha my Ohana,
I hope this email finds you well. I am looking forward to seeing many of you next week on island as we hopefully enter the final phase of the litigation part of your case. As a reminder we have our allocation trial in front of Judge Cahill Wednesday-Friday on Maui and then the Supreme Court argument on Oahu on Thursday, February 6th on the Insurance companies subrogation rights.
Also, we were happy to send out a video update last week and if you happened to miss it please see the below link:
I know the world is focused on LA and the fires in Southern California and we feel for them and what they are going through because no one should have to suffer that way as you know better than anyone else. But, you are still suffering, you have not had a chance to rebuild because of the life that was taken from you because HECO, the County, and the State failed to do what they were required to do under the law and prevent this tragedy.
This is what we are hoping to remedy, this is what we are working towards in your case. We need to hold them accountable and get you the resources you need to rebuild your life for your ohana.
Much love to you all, and I will see you next week.
Mahalo,
Andrew
