Pedestrians always have the right away: it's a rule that most drivers should or do know. However, many times drivers are the behind horrible

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), on average, in 2017 a pedestrian was killed every 88 minutes in traffic accidents. Likely, that number has increased since then.
