RE: AVA Law Group’s Update on the Maui Fires - 04/05/2024 (Privileged & Confidential; Attorney-Client Communication)
Aloha Family,
We continue our march towards some form of Justice in the form of money damages for what you suffered in the deadly fire back in August of 2023. We have a hearing in Maui State Court next Friday on the toxic waste dump Restraining Order and we are looking forward to getting in front of Judge Cahill and letting him know what we are seeing in terms of the dangers related to the toxic waste.
We are also planning a rally for April 25th to gather people together and make sure they understand what is going on with these lawsuits and what we are doing to try and get money in the hands of everyone who was affected by these fires. I will have more information on that out to you in next week's update but make sure to tell your friends and family about it so they can attend and get the help they need as well.
I have said it before and I will say it again, if we stand together, these special interest groups will not be able to dictate your future. You get to have a say, but we need everyone to stand up to them. Just like we did this week with the letters to make sure the politicians heard us, we need to keep that push going.
We are strongest together.
