Today I bring you great news. We have a week-long mediation scheduled June 24th-June 28th to try and resolve your case. The various defendants presented in a session Tuesday and essentially just pointed fingers at each other, blaming each other for everything that went wrong.
What became abundantly clear during the defense presentations is that they know they messed up. They know that they caused your life to be forever changed due to them failing to do better. They have forever changed your life and now it’s time for them to give you the resources that you need to move forward.
The office in Whalers Village is now officially open as of Monday and Aurora will be reaching out to you to work through your damages so I can effectively present your case in the mediation in 3 weeks time. Again, I would encourage you to please let your ohana know about what is happening to make sure they are represented in these proceedings.
