I hope this email finds you well and that you all had a wonderful week. Next week, a week-long mediation will take place, and we will keep you apprised of how it goes next Friday.
At this time, we are collecting as much information from you as possible about what happened to you on the day of the fire and how it impacted your life. If you have not yet filled out the two questionnaires, please find the time to do so. If you would like us to mail copies of them to you, please let us know and send us your mailing address in case it has changed. Also, if you have any images or videos that you took the day of the fire or the days after the fire showing the damage to your property or injuries that you had due to the fire, please email those to us at help@ava.law.
Lastly, I enjoyed having the opportunity to meet with many of you while I was in Maui for the last three weeks. Hearing your stories and getting to know you in person prompts me even more to continue being here for all of you for support. I greatly value the time that you all have taken to come forward and provide us with the information we need to build up your case. I can’t wait to come back to your beautiful island, to meet more of you and hear your stories.
