Aloha,

We are writing to you today with an update on your case against HECO for allowing your town to burn to the ground last August. Mediation has continued this week and we are making progress. HECO knows they are responsible for what happened to you and your family but they are still in the process of trying to blame everyone else too. They are doing that because it will lessen the amount of money they ultimately will need to pay you for forever changing your life by their actions.

We are sending out two more people from our office to work out of the Lahania office after the 4th of July and I'll be there at the end of the month to continue the preparation and presentation of your case for resolution.
