This week Judge Cahill greenlighted the Hawaii Supreme Court to issue a ruling as quickly as possible on what he thinks is right and just. That is that you come before insurance carriers claims.

This is important because there is 4 billion dollars in a settlement fund and we need as much of that as possible to go to you and the other actual PEOPLE affected. We have another hearing in front of Judge Cahill next Friday where we will continue to work through these issues.
