We are contacting you because you recently contacted our office about representing you in your case against the Federal Government because of you exposure to toxic water at Camp Lejeune. As you probably know, we have been actively engaged in attempting to hold the federal government accountable for their failure to do more to prevent your exposure to the toxic water at Camp Lejeune. We are able to do this under a new law called the Camp Lejeune Justice Act that was signed into law on August 10th, of 2022. We are putting pressure on the government through administrative claim form filings in Norfolk, VA and preparing to file lawsuits in the Eastern District of North Carolina if we are unable to resolve your case at the administrative level. Additionally we are talking with mainstream media to try and ensure the public knows about what happened at Camp Lejeune, and not just through the non-stop tv advertisements, but from credible sources that will help us put pressure on the Government to do the right thing.

It is so important that we ensure this tragic event in the Marine Corps history cannot be swept under the rug like it has been the past 60+ years. One quick reminder about the Camp Lejeune Justice Act, it only gives us two years to come forward and hold the government accountable, and that clock started on August 10th.
